Starting a new diet like: Breakfast is 2 almonds, I get to lick an apple for lunch and dinner is yelling at a picture of myself naked. Just kidding! That would never work for me, I love food too much! Instead I’ve discovered the art of green smoothies and the magic of a blender. Admittedly it’s nothing new, but being time poor during the week and trying to eat healthy has been a struggle… until now.

I’ve been drinking this green smoothie everyday for lunch for a week now and I’m still not sick of it!

I don’t measure anything out, just keep adding until you have enough and it tastes good.

Green Smoothie

Coconut water
Kale
x1 small apple
half a stick of celery
4 tsp of avocado
fresh ginger (don’t over do this)
1 tsp of spirulina
